REGISTRATIONS
HOW
TO REGISTER YOUR CATS WITH FELIS BRITANNICA
|
For those of you that
are breeders, you will need to transfer your cats into Felis
Britannica. This is also true for those showing in FIFe if you
wish to be able to claim FIFe titles.
To import your cats
you will need to send an original certified pedigree (plus a certificate
of entirety for males aged 10 months and over) to the Viking Cat Club
together with the correct application form and fee.
Registration
application forms can be downloaded from the Felis Britannica
website: www.felisbritannica.co.uk,
or can be requested from any of the club officers.
Completed
registration applications should be send to the club's Pedigree
Secretary at the following address:
Neil
Gardner
Millside Cottage
Kirkconnel
Dumfries & Galloway
DG4
6NJ
Tel.
01659 66059
All
cheques should be made payable to "The Viking Cat Club".

Important Note:
It is important to
note that if you are a full member of the VCC then you are also a full
member of FIFe and as such are bound to abide by FIFe rules. One
of these rules is that a member agrees that all kittens bred by him/her
shall be registered first in
FIFe.
For those of you that
dual register with FIFe and the GCCF, this rule can be adhered to by
sending in a litter declaration to Felis Britannica which costs
£5.00. By declaring the litter you ensure that FIFe is able to
track how many litters a queen is having, and hence help to control
overbreeding.
